We size the hardware, select the model with you, and specify the workflows worth automating — and the ones that aren't. Most of what gets pitched as an AI use case should stay a spreadsheet.
Deployment on your infrastructure. Inference, agents, integrations into the systems you already run. Tested against live operations, not a sandbox.
Documentation, runbooks, and training for whoever owns it after us. You keep the model weights, the code, and the data. There is nothing to cancel.
